What we collect
The trial form on this demo website does not transmit or store your information. A live version may collect:
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- Trial, booking, attendance and membership details.
- Relevant health or training information you choose to provide.
- Payment records and limited technical website data.

How we use it
We would use your information to respond to enquiries, arrange a trial, deliver coaching, manage a membership and keep the service secure. Depending on the purpose, we would rely on steps towards a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests, a legal obligation or your consent.
Where health information is required, the live gym must identify and document an appropriate condition for processing this sensitive information.

How long we keep it
We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, including any legal, accounting or safety requirements. Exact retention periods must be set once the live gym’s booking, payment and membership systems are confirmed.

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, erase or restrict your information, object to its use, or receive a portable copy. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

This demo uses externally hosted imagery and an embedded Google map. Those providers may receive technical information such as your IP address when their content loads. A live site should list its active services, assess any international transfers and add cookie controls where required.
