01

About these terms

For this demo, these terms apply when you book a trial, buy a membership or train with Axiom Training at the illustrative address of 42 Foundry Street, Belfast, BT1 2AB. By making a booking or joining, you agree to the terms supplied to you at that time.

02

Free trials

A free trial is subject to availability and an initial conversation to make sure the session is suitable. It is intended for prospective members and is normally limited to one per person. Booking a trial does not commit you to a membership.

03

Memberships

Membership gives you the sessions and services shown in your selected plan. Current demo plans are eight sessions for £195 per month and twelve sessions for £255 per month. Your membership summary should confirm the price, billing date and anything else included before you pay.

04

Bookings

Sessions are subject to coach and space availability. Members should book, reschedule or cancel through the gym’s designated booking system. The live gym must publish a clear notice period and explain whether a late cancellation or missed session is deducted from an allowance.

05

Payments

Recurring membership fees are payable monthly in advance using the agreed payment method. If a payment fails, we may ask you to bring the account up to date before booking another session. Any future price change will be communicated in advance and will not affect rights you have under consumer law.

06

Pausing or cancelling

Any minimum term, cooling-off right, cancellation process and notice period will be clearly shown before purchase. Where a membership is sold as rolling monthly, cancellation should remain straightforward and should not require more notice than is fair and reasonable.

07

Training safely

You are responsible for sharing relevant injuries, conditions or changes in health before training and for following reasonable coaching and safety instructions. Stop and tell a coach if you feel unwell or experience pain.

Exercise carries an inherent risk of injury. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

08

Conduct and access

Treat coaches, members and the space with respect. Unsafe, abusive, discriminatory or seriously disruptive behaviour may result in a booking being ended or access being suspended. Any permanent cancellation will be handled fairly and explained to you.

09

Changes and closures

Coaches, timetables and opening hours may change. If we make a significant change to a paid service, or cannot provide it for a prolonged period, we will explain the available alternative, credit, cancellation or refund as appropriate.

10

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. Questions can be sent to hello@axiomtraining.co.uk.
